About The Position
Mattress Warehouse is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to help provide exceptional service to customers. The associate sells premium mattress and bedding products using the company’s established sales process and bedMATCH diagnostic sleep system, which uses measurements and personalized recommendations to help customers find a suitable mattress. The role focuses on creating a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience centered on sleep solutions. Mattress Warehouse describes itself as a family-owned and operated retailer with more than 520 store locations and over 35 years in the mattress industry.
Requirements
- Motivated and successful, with a winning team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm.
- Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.
- Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish, or other languages.
Responsibilities
- Sell premium mattress and bedding products using the company’s established selling process and bedMATCH diagnostic sleep system.
- Provide customers with a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience and help them understand sleep solutions.
- Meet and interact with customers to understand their needs.
- Reset the showroom floor.
- Assist customers with loading mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
