About The Position

Sun Tan City is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for its Spring Hill, Tennessee salon. The associate provides friendly, professional customer service, builds relationships with clients, identifies their needs, and recommends relevant products and services. The role also includes meeting minimum sales requirements, completing routine salon cleaning, and working collaboratively in an upbeat, fast-paced environment while following company policies and procedures. Associates may work independently during shifts when business needs require it. The listed base pay is $13.00 per hour or more, with performance bonuses. Requirements

Basic computer skills and knowledge.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
Ability to bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment.
Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes.
Ability to bend down to pick up trash, towels, and other items from floors.
Ability to perform cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing.
Ability to work independently and alone during shifts as business needs require.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and ensure clients' needs are met professionally.
Engage with clients, build positive relationships, and understand and meet their needs.
Recommend products and services to clients.
Meet minimum sales requirements.
Multi-task, including cleaning tanning beds between clients and engaging with arriving clients.
Maintain cleanliness in tanning rooms, the lobby, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas.
Work cohesively with the team in a fast-paced salon environment and uphold company policies and procedures.
