About The Position

As a Retail Selling Colleague in the Women’s Shoes department, you combine results-focused selling with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, offer personalized recommendations, connect them with appropriate products and services, and use product knowledge and engaging service to build trust, meet sales targets, and encourage loyalty. The role also involves keeping the shopping area clean, organized, and inviting. Colleagues prepare for the day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals, top-selling products, trends, and promotions, and ensuring the sales floor is ready for customers. During the day, they engage customers in friendly conversations, maintain the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves. They share loyalty-program benefits, provide a thoughtful checkout experience, and work collaboratively with teammates to serve customers and the community. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled for 30 or more hours per week. Schedules include weekend shifts, and hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
