About The Position

As a Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-focused selling with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences. You learn what customers need, offer personalized recommendations, and connect them with appropriate products and services. They welcome customers and build relationships through friendly, personal conversations; maintain the sales floor and fitting rooms; update signs and pricing; and support merchandise moves. They explain loyalty benefits, help customers complete their purchases, and collaborate with teammates to deliver individual and store results. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled for 30 or more hours per week; part-time colleagues are typically scheduled for 12–24 hours per week.
