As a Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-focused selling with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences. You learn what customers need, make personalized recommendations, and connect them with appropriate products and services. Through warmth, product knowledge, and customer engagement, you build trust, meet sales goals, and encourage loyalty. The role includes more than cashiering: you help customers throughout the store and keep the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting. Colleagues prepare for the day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals and top-selling items, and staying informed about trends and promotions. During the day, they welcome customers, build personal relationships, recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves. They share loyalty-program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and close interactions with a sincere thank-you. Teamwork, continuous improvement, and achieving individual and store results are central to the role. Schedules depend on business needs and colleague availability, and include weekend shifts. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled for 30 or more hours per week; part-time colleagues are typically scheduled for 12–24 hours per week. The position requires flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
