About The Position

As a Retail Selling Colleague, you blend results-oriented selling with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, offer personalized recommendations, and connect them with products and services. Through product knowledge and customer engagement, you work toward sales goals, build trust, and inspire loyalty. You also help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting shopping space. Colleagues prepare for the day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals and top-selling items, and staying informed about trends and promotions. On the sales floor, they welcome customers and build relationships through friendly, personal conversations. Throughout the day, they recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves. They share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and close interactions with a sincere thank-you. They collaborate with teammates, take pride in their work, pursue sales goals, and learn from one another to support individual and store results. This is a part-time role. Part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12–24 hours per week, depending on business needs and colleague availability.
