About The Position

The Retail Fulfillment role supports store operations by receiving, processing, and delivering merchandise, fulfilling and shipping customer orders, and helping maintain organized selling floors and stockrooms. The position also provides general store support, including preparing for special events, organizing the backroom, completing markdowns, and relocating fixtures. The ideal candidate is independent, motivated, results oriented, and committed to outstanding customer experiences.

Ability to remain in continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching.
Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
Ability to handle bulky and awkwardly shaped items, including reaching and lifting items above the head.
Ability to regularly lift items up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Receive and unload freight, unpack merchandise, and deliver newly arrived items to selling departments.
Fulfill customer orders promptly while following quality standards.
Prepare and ship customer orders according to quality, packing, and shipping standards.
Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes.
Help maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
Provide general support to the store, including setting up special events, organizing the backroom, completing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.
