About The Position

As a Retail Sales and Recovery Associate at Macy’s, you help create a welcoming shopping experience through genuine hospitality and attention to detail. You keep the store clean, organized, and visually engaging by maintaining merchandise displays, tidying fitting rooms, and keeping the sales floor customer-ready. You provide friendly, personal service while supporting your team in achieving sales goals. Colleagues prepare the sales floor for customers, review goals and information about new arrivals, top sellers, and promotions, and engage customers with a warm welcome and helpful conversation. During the day, they recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves. They share loyalty program benefits, make sure customers have what they need, and close interactions with a sincere thank-you. Colleagues support each other through honesty, care, and collaboration, and work to improve and deliver individual and store results. The position requires regular, dependable attendance and punctuality, with availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
