Seasonal Retail Sales and Recovery Associate, Stonebriar Centre
About The Position
As a Retail Sales & Recovery Colleague, you create a welcoming shopping experience through genuine hospitality and attention to detail. You help keep the store clean, organized, and visually engaging by maintaining merchandise displays, tidying fitting rooms, and ensuring the sales floor is customer-ready. You foster a friendly environment that encourages customers to return and support your team in achieving sales goals through consistent, high-quality service. Colleagues prepare for the day by ensuring the sales floor is ready for customers and reviewing goals, new arrivals, top sellers, and promotions. During the day, they welcome customers, offer personal service, recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves. They share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and collaborate with colleagues to serve customers and communities. They strive to improve, achieve sales goals, and contribute to individual and store results.
Requirements
- Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules and procedures in English.
- Have flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information.
- Be resourceful, adaptable to changing priorities, able to work independently, and effective in a team.
- Be comfortable handling electronic devices.
- Meet the physical requirements of talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching; standing for at least two consecutive hours; lifting at least 25 pounds; stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders; and reaching above eye level.
- Have close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Frequently use computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and a cash register, and process register transactions.

- Welcome customers and create friendly, personal conversations that encourage them to return.
- Recover and maintain the sales floor and fitting rooms to keep the store shoppable.
- Update signs and pricing and support needed merchandise moves.
- Share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and provide a sincere thank-you.
- Support colleagues through honesty, care, and collaboration.
