About The Position

As a Retail Sales and Recovery Associate, you help create a welcoming shopping experience through genuine hospitality and attention to detail. You keep the store clean, organized, and visually engaging by maintaining merchandise displays, tidying fitting rooms, and ensuring the sales floor is customer-ready. You foster a warm environment for customers and support your team in achieving sales goals through consistent, high-quality service. You begin each day prepared, review goals and product and promotion information, and engage with customers through a warm welcome and friendly, personal conversations. Throughout the day, you recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves. You share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and end interactions with a sincere thank-you.
