Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required
2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role required
Experience with candidate screening, interviewing, and reference checks required
Demonstrates sound judgment and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Working knowledge of Microsoft office suite specifically: Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

Support and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent across retail stores
Drive candidate attraction efforts through strategic job advertising across job boards, social media platforms, community organizations, and school career centers
Source candidates through talent networks, databases, social media, and educational partnerships
Review applications and resumes, conduct phone and video interviews, and maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Assist with pre-employment activities, including drafting offer letters, completing reference checks, and coordinating background checks
Research and leverage new recruiting channels while staying current on industry trends and best practices
Represent the company at job fairs, campus events, and networking opportunities
