About The Position

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity company, is seeking a Retail Promotions Manager to lead field promoters working in retail and event spaces. The role focuses on driving lead generation and local awareness while representing Mad City in face-to-face interactions. The manager recruits, staffs, trains, coaches, and motivates the team, attends weekly management meetings, and reports on performance and return-on-investment metrics to meet or exceed business objectives. The role requires weekend availability and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Managers are offered a competitive base salary with performance-based bonus and commission. The posting says average managers earn $75,000–$110,000 per year, with above-average managers earning upwards of $150,000 per year.

Requirements

Valid driver's license.
Weekend availability.
Prior leadership experience.
Experience building or recruiting a team of high-level performers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (6–8+ hours per day).
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for events.
Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and reach as needed during promotion activities.
