About The Position

Framebridge is seeking a Design Consultant to join its retail store team. The role guides customers through the custom framing process, offers design advice and product knowledge, and delivers a welcoming, customer-first experience. The Design Consultant reports to the Store Manager and represents Framebridge’s brand and craftsmanship in the store. The position involves inspecting, photographing, and measuring artwork using Framebridge tools; answering questions and troubleshooting issues; and suggesting ways to improve the retail experience. Team members are expected to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, according to business needs. The role requires regularly standing for up to eight hours per shift, lifting up to 30 pounds, and bending, reaching, and other light movement. Requirements

Experience in a customer service, retail, or hospitality role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and an engaging personality.
Interest in design and enthusiasm for working in a creative environment.
Ability and eagerness to learn new tools, products, and processes.
Time-management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with clienteling outreach and growing business through customer relationships.
