About The Position

Framebridge is seeking a Retail Back of House Operator to support store operations by receiving, preparing, and handing off customers’ artwork with care and precision. The role partners closely with front-of-house teammates to create a seamless customer experience and reports to the Store Manager. The position is part-time and based at the 76th & 3rd location in New York, NY. The role requires working a flexible schedule that includes peak business days, weekends, and holidays. Regular physical tasks include standing for up to eight hours per shift, light lifting up to 30 pounds, and bending, reaching, and other light movement. Requirements

Experience in a retail, hospitality, or operations-focused role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as a self-starter.
Positive, team-oriented approach and excellent communication skills.
Ability and eagerness to learn new tools and processes.
Enthusiasm for a creative, fast-paced environment.
Ability to stand for extended periods, up to eight hours per shift.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform bending, reaching, and light physical movement.

Responsibilities

Receive shipments accurately, verify contents, and keep inventory organized.
Process and package outbound artwork while maintaining a careful chain of custody.
Assemble “Gift and Go” tabletop frames to meet quality standards.
Prepare completed orders for pickup and ensure a smooth customer handoff.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to create a seamless customer experience.
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient back-of-house workspace.
Work a flexible schedule that includes peak business days, weekends, and holidays.
