About The Position

As a Merchandising Colleague, also known as a Front of House Colleague, you help deliver a seamless, inspiring in-store experience. You execute merchandise movement and placement strategies, enhance the visual appeal of the sales floor, maintain organized and shoppable displays, and ensure pricing and promotional signage is accurate and up to date. You are a visible, welcoming presence who greets customers and offers assistance, while collaborating with colleagues across departments to support sales and create a positive, hospitable environment. The role includes preparing and organizing the sales floor, updating mannequins and floor layouts to align with company directives, welcoming and assisting customers, recovering sales floors and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, replenishing merchandise, and supporting merchandise moves. Colleagues also share loyalty program benefits, help close out daily tasks, restock and reorganize departments, and work toward sales and store goals. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week. Schedules include weekend shifts, and hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.

Responsibilities

Maintain clean, organized, and shoppable sales floors and displays, including recovering the floor and fitting rooms.
Ensure pricing and promotional signage is accurate and up to date.
Replenish and restock merchandise and reorganize the department to prepare for the next business day.
Greet customers warmly, listen to their needs, and provide thoughtful assistance and product guidance.
Share loyalty program benefits and acquire new customers by opening credit accounts.
Use point-of-sale technology and digital tools to support transactions and the shopping experience.
Collaborate with colleagues across departments to support sales, customer experience, and shared goals.
