About The Position

The Full-Time Merchandising Associate executes Randa and Haggar brand merchandising strategies. The role maximizes the brands’ presentation, profile, and prominence on retail selling floors to increase sales while cultivating partnerships with store sales associates, visual managers, department managers, store managers, and district and regional personnel.

The position covers the Chicago Metro territory and involves implementing seasonal merchandising plans, supporting timely placement of merchandise and point-of-sale materials, making store visits according to business needs, and communicating visit recaps and product or stock issues to internal partners.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• At least 3–5 or more years of relevant experience as a retail sales associate, visual merchandiser, retail buyer, or relevant retail merchandising college credits.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Vision sufficient to distinguish colors.
• Sense of touch.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.

• Associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and execute seasonal account zone-a-grams and visual merchandising guidelines at retail.
• Partner with store personnel to place new and replenishment merchandise and point-of-sale materials in a timely manner to maximize product sell-through and Randa and Haggar brand presentation.
• Execute store visits based on business needs and respond to changing retail conditions.
• Partner with store, district, and regional management to ensure brand awareness and support.
• Provide internal partners with weekly field reports and photos recapping store visits and product or stock issues.
