About The Position
As a Fulfillment Colleague, you help create a seamless, personalized shopping experience for omni-channel customers. The role combines sales-floor engagement with back-of-house fulfillment: selecting merchandise, carefully packing and shipping online orders, and assisting with in-store and curbside pickup. You greet customers with genuine hospitality, resolve issues professionally, and help make each interaction smooth and positive. Attention to detail, teamwork, and operational excellence support sales, customer loyalty, and store success. The role also includes receiving merchandise, tagging and organizing stock, maintaining the sales floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, restocking merchandise, and supporting merchandise moves. Colleagues share loyalty program benefits, work toward sales goals, complete orders, and help organize the stockroom and prepare the team for the next day. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Select merchandise, pack and ship online orders, and assist with in-store and curbside pickup.
- Greet customers, listen to their needs, resolve issues professionally, and provide helpful service.
- Receive merchandise, tag items, and organize the stockroom.
- Recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and support merchandise moves.
- Share loyalty program benefits and acquire new customers by opening credit accounts.
- Work toward daily sales goals and support individual and store results.
- Complete orders and organize the stockroom to support the next day's operations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to serve customers and communities.
