Retail Merchandising Support Associate, Ft Myers - Part Time
About The Position
As a Merchandising Colleague, also known as a Front of House Colleague, you help deliver a seamless and inspiring in-store experience. You execute merchandise movement and placement strategies, enhance the visual appeal of the sales floor, maintain organized and shoppable displays, and keep pricing and promotional signage accurate and up to date. You provide a visible, welcoming presence, greet customers, and offer assistance. You collaborate across departments to support sales and contribute to a positive, hospitable store environment. Daily work includes preparing and organizing the sales floor, updating mannequins and layouts according to company directives, welcoming customers and helping meet their needs, recovering the sales floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, replenishing merchandise, and supporting merchandise moves. You share loyalty program benefits, thank customers, and work with colleagues to restock and prepare the department for the next day. The role also involves striving to improve, taking pride in work, and contributing to individual and store results. This is a part-time position. Part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12–24 hours per week, with hours dependent on business needs and colleague availability. Schedules include weekend shifts. Availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required, along with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.

- Ability to talk, lift, move constantly, stand, and reach with arms and hands; stand for at least two consecutive hours; lift up to 50 pounds; stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach above eye level.
- Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
