About The Position

As a Merchandising Colleague, also known as a Front of House Colleague, you help deliver a seamless and inspiring in-store experience. You execute merchandise movement and placement strategies, enhance the visual appeal of the sales floor, maintain organized and shoppable displays, and ensure pricing and promotional signage is accurate and current. You are a visible, welcoming presence who greets customers and offers assistance. You collaborate with colleagues across departments to support sales and foster a hospitable, positive environment. The role includes supporting visual merchandising by updating mannequins and resetting floor layouts in line with company directives. You welcome customers, listen to their needs, and provide thoughtful product assistance. You maintain the sales floor and fitting rooms by recovering merchandise, updating signs and prices, replenishing products, and supporting merchandise moves. You share loyalty program benefits, help customers with their needs, and work with colleagues to reorganize and restock the department and prepare it for the next day. Colleagues are expected to take pride in their work, pursue improvement, meet sales goals, and learn from one another. This is a part-time position. Part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12–24 hours per week, with hours depending on business needs and availability. Schedules include weekend shifts; availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Requirements

Ability to talk, lift, move constantly, stand, and reach with arms and hands; stand for at least two consecutive hours; lift up to 50 pounds; stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach above eye level.
Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
Frequently use computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and process register transactions.
