About The Position

As a Merchandising Colleague, also known as a Front of House Colleague, you help deliver a seamless and inspiring in-store experience. You execute merchandise movement and placement strategies, improve the visual appeal of the sales floor, maintain organized and shoppable displays, and ensure pricing and promotional signage is accurate and current. You provide a visible, welcoming presence, greet customers, and offer assistance. Working with colleagues across departments, you support sales and contribute to a hospitable, positive environment. Daily work includes preparing and organizing the sales floor, supporting visual merchandising by updating mannequins and resetting floor layouts, and aligning presentations with company directives. You assist customers through friendly conversation and attentive service; recover the sales floor and fitting rooms; update signs and pricing; replenish merchandise; and support merchandise moves. You also share loyalty program benefits, help customers with their needs, and work with the team to restock and prepare departments. Colleagues are expected to take pride in their work, pursue improvement, achieve sales goals, and contribute to individual and store results. Part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12–24 hours per week. Schedules include weekend shifts, and hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.

Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
