About The Position

As a Merchandising Colleague, also known as a Front of House Colleague, you help deliver a seamless and inspiring in-store experience. You execute merchandise movement and placement strategies, enhance the visual appeal of the sales floor, maintain organized and shoppable displays, and keep pricing and promotional signage accurate and current. You also welcome customers, offer assistance, and collaborate with colleagues across departments to support sales and a culture of hospitality. Daily work includes updating mannequins, resetting floor layouts, and aligning merchandise presentation with company directives. You recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, replenish merchandise, and support merchandise moves. You help customers by listening to their needs, sharing product guidance and loyalty benefits, and providing a friendly, personal experience. You also help reorganize and restock the department and prepare it for the next day. This is a part-time role. Part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12–24 hours per week, with hours dependent on business needs and colleague availability. All schedules include weekend shifts. The position requires availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as dependable attendance and punctuality.

Ability to use computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and process register transactions.
