About The Position

As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create memorable holiday shopping experiences. You learn what customers need, make personalized recommendations, and connect them with appropriate products and services. You engage customers on the sales floor and in fitting rooms, use product knowledge and effective selling behaviors to achieve sales goals, build trust, and encourage loyalty. The role also involves keeping the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting. Colleagues prepare for the day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, and promotions, and ensuring the sales floor is ready for customers. During the day, they create friendly customer interactions, maintain a shoppable space by merchandising and processing merchandise, update signs and prices, and support merchandise moves. They share loyalty-program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and close interactions with a sincere thank-you. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week; hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
