About The Position

The Retail Stock & Fulfillment role supports store logistics and customer order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is independent, motivated, results-oriented, and committed to providing outstanding customer experiences. The position includes receiving and processing merchandise, fulfilling and shipping customer orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and helping keep the selling floors and stockrooms organized. It also provides general store support, including event setup, markdowns, backroom organization, and relocating fixtures. The role is seasonal and based at Del Amo Fashion Center.

Meet the physical requirements, including continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift; frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, reaching, and hand use; handling bulky items and reaching above the head; and lifting or carrying items up to the stated weights.

Responsibilities

Receive, unload, unpack, and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments.
Fulfill customer orders promptly and according to quality standards.
Prepare and ship customer orders according to quality, packing, and shipping standards.
Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes.
Help maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
Provide general store support, including setting up special events, organizing the backroom, completing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.
