About The Position

BYLT Premium Basics is hiring a customer-service-oriented Retail Stylist who is passionate about people and serves as an ambassador for the brand. The Retail Stylist helps customers find products for any occasion by building product knowledge, educating customers, and providing an engaging shopping experience. This is a temporary position anticipated to conclude on or around January 2, 2027.

The role supports sales-floor presentation and merchandising, customer communications, payment processing, security awareness, and inventory activities. The position may also include other duties assigned by authorized personnel. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

• Have the close and distance vision and ability to adjust focus required for the role.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Cash-handling skills and experience with point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to lift or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel frequently.
• Ability to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers on the sales floor to provide a positive customer experience.
• Drive sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
• Maintain a neat and tidy sales floor by folding, hanging, displaying, and merchandising garments according to BYLT guidelines.
• Keep clientele informed about current promotions and future merchandise of potential interest.
• Respond to customers’ questions and handle interactions or concerns courteously and professionally.
• Process payments by cash, gift cards, store credit, and other credit or debit cards.
• Alert management to potential security issues.
• Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
