About The Position

The Lead Retail Stylist supervises Retail Stylists in daily store operations, provides direction as needed, and models superior customer service. The role serves as a product expert who educates, informs, and outfits customers for any occasion while acting as an ambassador for the BYLT brand. This is a temporary position anticipated to conclude on or around January 2, 2027.

Requirements

Previous retail and supervisory experience.
Communicate effectively and use technology to engage customers and the team in meeting goals.
Handle customer interactions and potential issues or concerns courteously and professionally.
Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
Learn procedural knowledge through on-the-job training.
Demonstrate dependability.
Meet the physical demands of the position, including occasionally lifting or moving up to 25 pounds.
Talk or hear regularly; frequently use hands or fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; and occasionally stand, walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms.
Have close and distance vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities

Guide and assist Retail Stylists with daily operational tasks.
Assist customers with shopping needs and transactions.
Complete merchandising tasks using planograms.
Follow proper receiving and stocking procedures.
Count and reconcile cash register drawers.
Prepare deposits and order change from the bank.
Inspect, remove, or rotate store inventory according to the Product Freshness Review Schedule.
Maintain a safe, clean, and pleasing environment for customers and associates.
Design a monthly schedule and assign work to foster an efficient workflow.
Establish and create standard operating procedure guidelines for daily retail operations.
Set sales goals and motivate the team.
