About The Position

The Full-Time Merchandising Associate executes Randa and Haggar brand merchandising strategy. The role maximizes brand presentation, profile, and prominence on the retail selling floor to increase sales while cultivating partnerships with sales associates, visual managers, department managers, store managers, and district and regional personnel.

The position serves the San Antonio (78209) territory and is listed at 40 hours per week. The pay range is $18–$22 per hour; exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• At least 3–5 years or more of relevant work experience as a retail sales associate, visual merchandiser, retail buyer, or relevant retail merchandising college credits.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Vision sufficient to distinguish colors.
• Sense of touch.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.

• Associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and execute seasonal account zone-a-grams and visual merchandising guidelines at retail.
• Partner with store personnel to place new and replenishment merchandise and point-of-sale materials in a timely manner to maximize product sell-through and brand presentations.
• Execute store visits based on business needs and respond to the changing retail environment.
• Partner with store, district, and regional management to ensure brand awareness and support.
• Maintain communication with internal partners by providing weekly field reports and photos recapping store visits and product or stock issues.
