Retail Merchandising Associate - FULL TIME
About The Position
Randa Apparel & Accessories is seeking a full-time Merchandising Associate to execute Randa and Haggar brand merchandising strategies in retail stores in the San Antonio territory (78209). The role focuses on maximizing brand presentation, profile, and prominence on the retail selling floor to increase sales and build partnerships with store sales associates, visual managers, department managers, store managers, and district and regional personnel. The position requires 40 hours per week and pays $18–$22 per hour; exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
Requirements
- High school diploma required.
- At least 3–5 years or more of relevant work experience as a retail sales associate, visual merchandiser, or retail buyer, or retail merchandising college credits.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- Vision sufficient to distinguish colors.
- Sense of touch.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
- Implement seasonal account zone-a-grams and visual merchandising guidelines at retail.
- Partner with store personnel to place new and replenishment merchandise and point-of-sale materials in a timely manner to maximize product sell-through and brand presentation.
- Conduct store visits based on business needs and respond to changing retail conditions.
- Partner with store, district, and regional management to support brand awareness.
- Provide internal partners with weekly field reports and photos summarizing store visits and product or stock issues.
