About The Position

As a Walmart Retail Merchandiser at Acosta, you’ll help Acosta’s client brands stand out in Walmart stores by driving product availability and carrying out retail merchandising activities. You’ll serve as the main contact with store management and represent Acosta Group at your assigned store or stores. Work is scheduled Sunday through Saturday, depending on location needs. Full-time schedules are flexible and require at least five days per week; part-time schedules are flexible and require two to four days per week. Tuesday and Friday are required workdays for either schedule. Start between 6 a.m. and 9 a.m. and work between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m.; no evenings. The role involves working independently while building relationships with store associates and managers, communicating with Acosta teammates and your direct manager, and completing assigned work within the provided timeframe. You’ll use a company-issued mobile device and multiple applications to document completed work, including taking photos and submitting accurate, concise reports the same day. Reliable transportation is required to travel among multiple retail locations in your area.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have access to reliable transportation to travel to multiple retail locations in the area.
Be comfortable working independently and communicating effectively with store associates, store managers, and Acosta team members.
Be able to use a company-issued mobile device and navigate multiple applications at the same time.
Be able to follow detailed instructions and submit accurate work reports and photos.

Responsibilities

Locate merchandise in the backroom, stock products, and pack them out.
Straighten products on shelves.
Receive and transport coupons and signage materials, and place them in the store.
Use a company-issued mobile device and multiple applications to complete work.
Take photos of completed work and provide accurate, concise data according to instructions.
Represent Acosta and its clients at assigned Walmart stores.
Partner with Walmart store management and associates to complete the work.
Communicate with the direct manager by email, phone, and text, and seek help with in-store challenges.
Share best practices and collaborate with the Walmart team through communication channels.
Follow detailed instructions and complete assigned work within the provided timeframe.
Report completed work on the same day.
