About The Position

As a Walmart Retail Merchandiser at Acosta, you’ll help Acosta’s client brands stand out in Walmart stores by driving product availability and carrying out retail merchandising activities. You will be the main contact with store management and represent Acosta Group in your assigned store or stores. The role involves independent work, building relationships with store teams, and completing assigned work accurately within the provided timeframe.

Scheduling may be any day from Sunday through Saturday, depending on the work required at the location. Full-time schedules are flexible and require at least five days per week, including Tuesday and Friday; part-time schedules are flexible and require two to four days, also including Tuesday and Friday. Work starts between 6 a.m. and 9 a.m. and takes place between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m., with no evenings.

The position requires access to reliable transportation to travel between multiple retail locations in your area. You will use a company-issued mobile device and multiple applications to document and report your work, including submitting photos and same-day reports. Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Access to reliable transportation for travel to and from multiple retail locations in the area.
• Comfort using a company-issued mobile device and navigating multiple applications at the same time.
• Ability to work the schedule required for the assigned location; full-time schedules require at least five days per week or part-time schedules require two to four days per week, with Tuesday and Friday required.
• Ability to start between 6 a.m. and 9 a.m. and work between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m.; no evening work.

Responsibilities

• Locate merchandise in the backroom, stock products, and pack them out.
• Straighten products on shelves.
• Receive and transport coupons and signage materials and place them in the store.
• Use a company-issued mobile device and multiple applications to complete and document work.
• Take photos of completed work and provide accurate, concise data according to instructions.
• Represent Acosta and its clients in assigned Walmart stores.
• Partner with Walmart store management and associates to complete assigned work.
• Collaborate with the direct manager by email, phone, and text, and contact the manager for help with in-store challenges.
• Communicate effectively with store associates, store managers, and Acosta team members.
• Share best practices with the Walmart team through available communication channels.
• Complete work within the provided timeframe, follow detailed instructions, and report work on the same day it is completed.
