About The Position

As a Walmart Retail Merchandiser at Acosta, you will help Acosta’s client brands stand out in Walmart stores by driving product availability and executing retail merchandising activities. You will serve as the main contact with store management and represent Acosta Group in your assigned store or stores. The role involves working independently while building relationships with Walmart store associates and management, and collaborating with your direct manager and the wider Walmart team.

Schedules may fall any day from Sunday through Saturday, depending on work required at the location. Full-time schedules are flexible and require at least five workdays per week, including Tuesday and Friday; part-time schedules are flexible and require two to four days per week, also including Tuesday and Friday. Work starts between 6 a.m. and 9 a.m. and takes place between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m., with no evening work. The position requires reliable transportation to travel among retail locations in the area and use of a company-issued mobile device to complete work across multiple applications.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Access to reliable transportation to travel to and from multiple retail locations in the area.
• Comfort using a company-issued mobile device while navigating multiple applications.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with store associates, store managers, and Acosta team members.
• Ability to complete assignments within provided timeframes, follow detailed instructions, and report completed work the same day.

Responsibilities

• Locate merchandise in the backroom, stock products, and pack out products.
• Straighten products on shelves.
• Receive and transport coupons and signage materials and place them in the store.
• Use a company-issued mobile device and multiple applications to complete work.
• Take photos of completed work and provide accurate, concise data and photos according to instructions.
• Represent Acosta and its clients in assigned Walmart stores.
• Partner with Walmart store management and associates to complete work.
• Collaborate with the direct manager by email, phone, and text, and seek help with in-store challenges as needed.
• Share best practices and communicate with the Walmart team through available communication channels.
• Complete work within the provided timeframe, follow detailed instructions, and report work the same day it is completed.
