About The Position

Coastal Beverage Company is hiring a Retail Merchandiser to safely stock and maintain beverage products in customer accounts. The role supports the sales and delivery departments by servicing and merchandising retail accounts, keeping beverage sections, racks, and displays fully stocked, and ensuring point-of-sale materials are neat, clean, and current. Displays must be maintained according to company standards. This is a field-based position requiring regular in-person attendance at customer accounts during designated standard business hours. The successful candidate will demonstrate professional appearance, strong time management, and excellent customer service. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 7:30 AM to approximately 3:30 PM, and as needed. Compensation starts at $17.50 per hour, depending on experience, with mileage reimbursement for business use of a personal vehicle.

Requirements

Have education equivalent to a high school diploma.
Be able to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals.
Be able to write routine reports and correspondence.
Have basic mathematical skills, including arithmetic with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals, and the ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages.
Be able to solve practical problems and work with concrete variables in situations with limited standardization.
Have computer skills, including knowledge of email software and the Internet.
Be able to drive, hold a valid driver's license, and have a driving record that complies with company standards.

Responsibilities

Safely stock and maintain beverage products in customer accounts.
Assist sales and delivery departments by servicing and merchandising retail accounts professionally.
Keep beverage sections, racks, and displays completely filled.
Keep point-of-sale materials neat, clean, and current.
Maintain displays according to Coastal Beverage Company standards.
Maintain regular and punctual in-person attendance at customer accounts to support merchandising operations and customer satisfaction.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
