About The Position

Reyes Beverage Group is hiring a Retail Beverage Merchandiser to support Sales and Merchandising departments in grocery stores and other beverage outlets throughout the Red Bluff Area. This field-based role focuses on stocking, maintaining, displaying, and rotating beverage products across assigned routes. The schedule is five days per week, with a start time between 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., including weekends.

The position pays $23.00 per hour plus overtime and includes monthly car and mileage reimbursement. Benefits are available from day one, with an early buy-in option for medical, dental, and vision coverage. The role includes paid training and opportunities for advancement into sales, marketing, or delivery departments.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Reliable personal automobile transportation is required.
• Must maintain an acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license.
• Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to regularly lift, push, and pull products weighing 25 to 50 pounds.
• Requires 0 to 6 months or more of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets along assigned routes to ensure products are stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly.
• Transport products between backrooms and display floors using manual equipment such as pallet jacks or hand trucks.
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency, and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts in company systems and upload photos of displays and backstock to document execution in accounts.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness.
• Perform other projects or duties as assigned.
