Beverage Merchandiser
About The Position
Hayden Beverage Co. is hiring a full-time Beverage Merchandiser for its Lewiston, Idaho team. The role pays $17–$18 per hour, depending on experience, and follows a Tuesday-through-Saturday schedule starting at 6:00 a.m. PST. The position involves safely operating a company van and visiting grocery and convenience-store customer accounts to check in, set up, and merchandise beer, wine, and Red Bull products. Work includes stocking shelves, filling cooler space, rotating products, and building displays while working with the sales team. This is a fast-paced, hands-on physical job involving standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying throughout the shift. Requirements
- Have a valid driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle record.
- Pass pre-employment four-panel drug testing and a background check.
- Be able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 60 pounds.
- Be able to perform work involving standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying throughout the shift.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a company van and drive to grocery-store and convenience-store customer accounts.
- Check in at customer accounts and set up and merchandise beer, wine, and Red Bull products.
- Stock shelves and fill cooler space.
- Lift and carry cases of wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages weighing 20–60 pounds throughout the shift.
- Build creative displays and rotate products.
- Work with the sales team.
- Check product SKUs and attend to merchandising details.
