About The Position

Hayden Beverage Co. is hiring a Beverage Merchandiser for its Boise team. The role involves safely driving a company van to grocery store and convenience store customer accounts, checking in, setting up, and merchandising beer, wine, and Red Bull products. The position is paid at $19.50 per hour, depending on experience, and is scheduled Friday through Tuesday, starting at 5:00 a.m. MST.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on physical role. Merchandisers stock shelves, fill cooler space, build displays, rotate products, and work with the sales team. The work requires standing, walking, bending, and repeatedly lifting and carrying beverage cases weighing 20–60 pounds. Attention to detail is important when checking SKUs.

Requirements

• Have a valid driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Pass pre-employment four-panel drug testing and a background check.
• Be able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 60 pounds.
• Be able to perform work involving standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying throughout the shift.
• Be detail-oriented when checking SKUs.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company van and drive to customer accounts, including grocery stores and convenience stores.
• Check in at customer accounts and set up and merchandise beer, wine, and Red Bull products.
• Stock shelves and fill cooler space.
• Build creative product displays and rotate products.
• Work with the sales team.
• Check product SKUs carefully.
