About The Position

High Country Beverage is seeking a highly motivated Beverage Merchandiser to maintain product visibility and availability in assigned retail accounts. The role involves stocking and rotating products, executing displays and product programs with sales representatives, and maintaining customer rapport. It is a physical position requiring regular lifting, bending, and standing, along with moving efficiently throughout retail stores. The position is described as a full-time hourly role, with a Friday-through-Tuesday schedule, and offers opportunities for career growth and advancement in the beverage industry.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Selected candidates are subject to an MVR and criminal background check, and a pre-employment physical and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Stock and rotate products in assigned retail accounts and designated areas.
• Execute displays in assigned retail accounts as directed by the Sales Coordinator.
• Report out-of-stock products to the Sales Coordinator.
• Ensure products are properly rotated for quality purposes.
• Develop and maintain excellent customer rapport.
• Lift, bend, stand, and maneuver throughout retail stores as required.
