About The Position

FGF Brands is seeking an experienced Retail Media Manager to lead commerce media across key retailers in the US and Canada and help shape how the company’s brands reach households across paid channels. The role focuses on using commerce media as a growth engine, improving media efficiency, expanding household reach and demonstrating the impact of media investment on sales. The manager will work closely with creative and media agency partners and Sales, Brand and Shopper Marketing teams. There is also an opportunity to help shape a broader media strategy as the business evolves. The position owns commerce media strategy, budgeting, retailer relationships and measurement. It sets a long-term vision and annual and quarterly plans aligned to brand and customer objectives, steers investment toward tactics that lower CPA and recruit households, and develops measurement focused on CPA, household penetration and incrementality. The role designs tests to evaluate business impact and translates results into recommendations for senior leaders. It is remote, with occasional visits to the Toronto office and approximately 15% travel within Canada and the USA. FGF describes its culture as entrepreneurial and growing, with challenging and rewarding work and encouragement for team members to use creativity and out-of-the-box thinking. The company offers accelerated career growth with leadership training, competitive compensation, health benefits, a flexible medical/health spending account, a 401(k) program, tuition reimbursement and a discount program.
