Retail Media Engineer

Inmar Intelligence•Rogers, AR

About The Position

The Retail Media Engineer is responsible for driving buyside advertiser revenue growth by developing new and existing Retail Media Network (RMN) partnerships. The role focuses on communicating the value and impact of Inmar’s retail media offerings to RMN growth and partner managers, building alignment and advocacy so Inmar tactics are included in retail media sales to buyside advertisers. The position serves as a primary contact for retail partnership stakeholders and identifies expanded growth opportunities through strategic selling and collaboration with Inmar Product, Product Marketing, and, where applicable, Customer Excellence partners. The role sources revenue by establishing ways of working with retailer sales organizations, leading initiatives involving integrations, inventory access, and commercial models, and supporting joint marketing and sales enablement. It also develops buy-side joint business plans with RMNs, advises internal stakeholders on retail media trends, and brings supplier feedback to retail partners. The position works cross-functionally to improve processes, train teams, and make recommendations on pricing, positioning, best practices, and reporting. This position requires a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics, or a related field, 2–3 years of Retail Media or adjacent experience, and 4–6 years of related work experience in onsite and offsite media monetization. An MBA or Master’s in Business Analytics is preferred. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship now or in the future; the position is not eligible for student visa sponsorship, including F-1 OPT or CPT.
