About The Position
Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a full-time Retail Lead for Trendz in Estes Park, Colorado. The Retail Lead supervises team-member performance within the department and helps keep retail operations running smoothly. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment and serving guests from around the world. The position is available to full-time, year-round team members.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No high school diploma or GED is required.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience leading in a retail space is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Verify that merchandise is properly stocked and attractively displayed.
- Ensure the selling space is clean and in proper condition.
- Maintain orderly back stock and liaise with vendors to maintain proper inventory.
- Keep team members on task when the supervisor is absent.
