Bilingual Retail Keyholder - Mandarin or Hindi Preferred (PT)
About The Position
ZWILLING is seeking a part-time Retail Keyholder to join its Wrentham Premium Outlets retail team. The Keyholder supports daily store operations and shift management, opens and closes the store, and partners with the Store Manager on day-to-day business needs. The role includes POS and cash handling, inventory replenishment, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring merchandise is displayed according to company standards. The Keyholder delivers customer service that drives sales and loyalty, demonstrates products, assists with events and promotions, and leads by example in creating an exciting, team-oriented environment. Professional English is required; conversational Mandarin or Hindi is highly preferred to serve the store’s diverse shoppers. The position pays $19.00 to $21.00 per hour based on experience.
Requirements
- Professional English is required.
- A positive, customer-first mindset and a strong passion for cooking and food.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift 35+ lbs., and safely use a ladder.
Nice To Haves
- Conversational fluency in Mandarin or Hindi is highly preferred.
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support store leadership with daily operations and shift management.
- Open and close the store and manage POS and cash handling responsibilities.
- Partner with the Store Manager on day-to-day business needs.
- Process inventory replenishment and maintain stock levels.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to drive sales and customer loyalty.
- Ensure merchandise is displayed according to company standards.
- Conduct product demonstrations and engage customers with the company’s premium brands.
- Assist with special events, promotions, and grand opening activities.
- Lead by example and help create an exciting, team-oriented environment.
