About The Position

Promote and support Red Wing Shoe Company’s brand through professional selling, customer loyalty, and long-lasting customer relationships. The role delivers the Ultimate Fit Experience (UFX), sells premium products, and provides conscientious customer service while supporting daily retail store operations. This part-time position is based in a retail store. Bilingual skills are preferred.

Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
Must be age 18 or older within 30 days of application.
1–2 years of relevant experience.
Results-oriented.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Computer utilization skills.
Ability to lift 50 pounds; bend or squat to lace shoes; lift overhead; twist; climb a ladder; and stand for long periods.
Ability to perform housekeeping tasks, including vacuuming, mopping and waxing floors, washing windows, using disinfectant chemicals, handling trash and recycling, and installing and maintaining furniture, fixtures, and displays.

Responsibilities

Guide each customer through Red Wing Shoe Company’s Ultimate Fit Experience.
Recommend appropriate accessories and educate customers about their benefits.
Generate industrial sales leads.
Achieve and exceed daily productivity and sales goals.
Maintain the sales floor presentation, store signage, and housekeeping standards.
Maintain product knowledge and proficiency in technical and operating standards through continuous learning.
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following organizational standards and legal regulations.
Provide direct support in daily retail store operations.
Maintain knowledge of the company’s electronic communication software.
Establish, follow, and enforce organizational quality system standards to maintain quality service.
Uphold Red Wing Shoe Company’s core values and policies.
Build collaborative relationships with people the role works or interacts with.
Perform additional duties as required.
