About The Position

Promote and support Red Wing Shoe Company’s high-quality brand image through professional selling, building customer loyalty, and developing long-lasting customer relationships. The role centers on guiding customers through the Ultimate Fit Experience (UFX), selling premium products, and providing conscientious customer service. The Retail Associate also supports daily store operations, maintains the sales floor and store standards, and contributes to a safe and healthy retail environment.

Requirements

High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
Must be age 18 or older within 30 days of application.
1–2 years of relevant experience.
Results-oriented approach.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Computer utilization skills.

Responsibilities

Guide each customer through Red Wing Shoe Company’s Ultimate Fit Experience.
Recommend appropriate accessories and educate customers about their benefits.
Generate industrial sales leads.
Achieve and exceed daily productivity and sales goals.
Maintain the integrity of the sales floor presentation, store signage, and housekeeping standards.
Maintain product knowledge and proficiency in technical and operating standards through continuous learning.
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following organizational standards and legal regulations.
Provide direct support in daily retail store operations.
Maintain knowledge of the company’s electronic communication software to obtain necessary information.
Establish, follow, and enforce organization quality system standards to maintain quality service.
Uphold Red Wing Shoe Company’s core values and policies.
Perform additional duties as required and build collaborative relationships with colleagues and other key contacts.
