About The Position

ZWILLING is seeking a Part-Time Retail Keyholder (Bilingual Mandarin or Hindi Preferred) to join our successful and growing retail team. As a Keyholder, you will help lead daily store operations, provide outstanding customer service, and play a key role in maintaining the positive culture and strong momentum of our Wrentham location. Because our store proudly welcomes a diverse community of local shoppers and international visitors, the ability to assist guests in Mandarin or Hindi is highly valued. Requirements

• Professional English required
• Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, and holidays)
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods, lift 35+ lbs., and safely use a ladder
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship available)

Nice To Haves

• Conversational fluency in Mandarin or Hindi is highly preferred to serve our diverse shopper demographics
• Positive, customer-first mindset with a strong passion for cooking and food
• Previous retail sales experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Support store leadership with daily operations and shift management
• Open and close the store while managing POS and cash handling responsibilities
• Partner with the Store Manager on day-to-day business needs
• Process inventory replenishment and maintain stock levels
• Deliver exceptional customer service that drives sales and customer loyalty
• Ensure merchandise is displayed according to company standards
• Conduct product demonstrations and engage customers with our premium brands
• Assist with special events, promotions, and grand opening activities
• Lead by example and help create an exciting, team-oriented environment
