About The Position

Wolverine Worldwide is seeking a responsible, reliable, service-oriented Retail Keyholder for Merrell. The Keyholder supports the store team in operating the store and serves as the go-to person when the Store Manager is absent. This role models a positive attitude, stays calm under pressure, maintains strong product and standards knowledge, and assists with administrative and operational duties and general store security. The position is based in a retail environment.

Requirements

• Demonstrated retail sales success.
• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Flexible and adaptable, with comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Supervisory experience is preferred but not essential.
• Passion for the company's brands and brand lifestyles.

Responsibilities

• Support the store management team in running the store, including opening and closing, cash handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, well-presented store.
• Model a positive attitude and commitment to product knowledge for the team.
• Create positive customer experiences by providing authentic customer service.
• Work toward sales goals and performance metrics and support store success as a brand ambassador, including local marketing efforts.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned by the manager.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and inventory management requirements.
• Take ownership of stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines, contributing to store KPIs.
