About The Position

Wolverine Worldwide is seeking a responsible, reliable, service-oriented Retail Keyholder for Merrell. The Keyholder supports the store team and serves as the go-to person in the absence of the Store Manager. This role models the company’s values and provides calm, dependable leadership under pressure, while building product knowledge and assisting with administrative, operational, and store-security duties.

The position supports day-to-day store operations, delivers memorable customer experiences, contributes to sales goals and store performance, and helps maintain company standards, policies, and a clean, well-presented retail environment. Requirements

• Demonstrated retail sales success.
• Experience working in a customer-facing role.
• Flexible and adaptable, with comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for the company’s brands and brand lifestyles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Supervisory experience is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the store management team in running the store, including opening and closing, cash handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, well-presented store.
• Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment to product knowledge.
• Create positive customer experiences by providing authentic customer service.
• Achieve sales goals and performance metrics and support the store’s success as a brand ambassador, including local marketing efforts.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned by the manager.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, including health and safety regulations and inventory management.
• Take ownership of stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines, contributing to store KPIs.
• Assist with administrative and operational duties and general store security.
