About The Position

Wolverine Worldwide is seeking a responsible, reliable, service-oriented Retail Keyholder for Merrell. The Keyholder supports the store team and acts as the go-to person when the Store Manager is absent. This role models company values, maintains knowledge of products and store standards, and assists with administrative and operational duties and store security. The position involves working in a retail environment and supporting store operations, customer service, sales, and merchandising.

Requirements

• Demonstrated retail sales success.
• Experience working in a customer-facing role.
• Flexible and adaptable, with comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for the company’s brands and brand lifestyles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Supervisory experience is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the store management team in running the store, including opening and closing, cash handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, well-presented store.
• Role-model a positive attitude and commitment to product knowledge.
• Deliver authentic customer service and create memorable customer experiences.
• Help achieve sales goals and performance metrics, represent the brand, and support local marketing efforts.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned by the manager.
• Comply with company policies, including health and safety regulations and inventory management requirements.
• Take ownership of stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines to contribute to store KPIs.
