About The Position

Wolverine Worldwide is seeking a responsible, reliable, service-oriented Retail Keyholder for Merrell. The role supports the store team in running the store and acts as the go-to person when the Store Manager is absent. The Keyholder serves as a role model, remains composed under pressure, maintains strong product and standards knowledge, and assists with administrative, operational, and store-security duties.

The position involves opening and closing the store, cash handling, stock control, merchandising, maintaining store presentation, and delivering authentic customer service. The Keyholder helps achieve sales goals and performance metrics, supports local marketing efforts, maintains compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations, and contributes to store KPIs through stock management and visual merchandising. This role is performed in a retail environment.

Requirements

• Demonstrated retail sales success.
• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Flexible and adaptable, with comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for the company’s brands and brand lifestyles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Supervisory experience is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store.
• Open and close the store and assist with cash handling, stock control, and merchandising.
• Maintain a clean, well-presented store.
• Model a positive attitude and commitment to product knowledge for the team.
• Create positive customer experiences through authentic customer service.
• Help achieve sales goals and performance metrics and support the store’s success as a brand ambassador.
• Support local marketing efforts.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and inventory management requirements.
• Take ownership of stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines to contribute to store KPIs.
• Assist with administrative and operational duties and general store security.
