About The Position

Wolverine Worldwide is seeking a responsible, reliable, service-oriented Retail Keyholder for Merrell. The role supports the store team and acts as the go-to person in the Store Manager’s absence. The Keyholder serves as a role model, stays calm under pressure, maintains strong product and standards knowledge, and assists with administrative and operational duties and store security.

The position supports day-to-day store operations, customer service, sales goals, stock management, visual merchandising, and compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations. The role is based in a retail environment and requires a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Experience working in a customer-facing role.
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for the brands and their lifestyles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Supervisory experience is preferred, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the store management team with all aspects of running the store, including opening and closing, cash handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, well-presented store.
• Serve as a role model for the team by demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment to product knowledge.
• Provide authentic customer service and create memorable customer experiences.
• Achieve sales goals and performance metrics and support the store’s success as a brand ambassador, including supporting local marketing efforts.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned by the manager.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, including health and safety regulations and inventory management.
• Take ownership of stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines to contribute to store KPIs.
