About The Position

The Retail Key Holder, also known as a Floor Leader, is an entry-level retail leadership role supporting store operations and mentoring team members to provide exceptional customer service. The role oversees daily operations, supports sales goals, and helps maintain a premium shopping environment. It offers opportunities to develop retail leadership skills and pursue advancement within Skechers.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor in retail, restaurant, or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide expert advice on Skechers products to help them find the right fit and have a positive shopping experience.
• Supervise daily operations, including opening and closing procedures as required, and help ensure security protocols and operational standards are followed.
• Mentor and support team members in customer service, sales, and daily operations.
• Contribute to store and individual sales targets by using effective selling techniques and promoting Skechers products.
• Execute merchandising plans, restock products, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Oversee stock and inventory routines and collaborate with store management on operational needs.
• Identify and resolve in-store challenges to support a smooth customer experience.
