About The Position

As a Key Holder, also known as a Floor Leader, you will contribute to store operations and mentor the team to deliver exceptional customer service. This entry-level management role involves overseeing daily operations, supporting sales goals, and helping maintain a premium shopping environment. The role offers opportunities to develop retail leadership skills and advance in retail management at Skechers.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor in retail, restaurant, or hospitality is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, provide expert product advice, and help shoppers find the right fit.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures as required, security protocols, and operational standards.
• Mentor and support team members in customer service, sales, and daily operations.
• Contribute to store and individual sales targets using effective selling techniques and promoting Skechers products.
• Execute merchandising plans, restock products, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Oversee stock and inventory routines and collaborate with store management on operational needs.
• Identify and resolve in-store challenges to support a smooth customer experience.
