About The Position

As a Key Holder, also known as a Floor Leader, at Skechers, you will contribute to store operations and mentor the team to deliver exceptional customer service. This entry-level management role oversees daily operations, supports sales goals, and helps maintain a premium shopping environment. The position offers opportunities to develop retail leadership and operational skills and advance into retail management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor in retail, restaurant, or hospitality is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide expert advice on Skechers products to help them find the right fit and have a positive shopping experience.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures as required, and maintain security protocols and operational standards.
• Mentor and support team members in customer service, sales, and daily operations.
• Contribute to store and individual sales targets by using effective selling techniques and promoting Skechers products.
• Execute merchandising plans, restock products, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Oversee stock and inventory routines and collaborate with store management on operational needs.
• Identify and resolve in-store challenges to support a smooth customer experience.
